About The Position
Data Analyst
We're looking for a Data Analyst to help us grow our data analytics team's capabilities. The ideal candidate is a data analyst with a relevant experience who is self-driven, motivated, independent, and sharp.
You will provide insights on how our product is performing, conduct and take ownership for ad-hoc analyses and deep dives as necessary, build fancy looking dashboards that are the basis for discussion for multiple stakeholders - C-level executives and Product Teams.
About The Position
Must have requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and querying
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
- Hands-on experience with Excel and advanced spreadsheet functions
- Proficiency in at least one programming language used for data analysis (Python or R)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Great communication and storytelling skills to transform complex data sources into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences
- Good at turning ambiguous problems into clearly defined sequence of steps
- Readiness and willingness to continuously learn while working
- East Coast location
Nice to have requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (any of Azure, AWS, or GCP), with a preference for GCP
- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and preparation processes
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications
- Certification in data analytics or related field
