About The Position


Fetcherr Labs is our new, founder-mode unit taking that engine to the mid-market. It's a small, flat, deliberately senior team - no layers, no ceremony, high trust, and real ownership. We move at POC speed, ship, and let the results make the argument.

Our agentic solution will run natively inside the platforms of the world's major technology and business-software giants - the enterprise clouds, CRMs, and productivity suites our customers already live in. So it has to speak every host's language, not just one.

We're looking for a System Architect to own the technical foundation end to end.

What you'll do

  • Own the architecture - a scalable, cloud-native system from whiteboard to production on a greenfield Azure environment you'll stand up yourself (Kubernetes-native, Everything-as-Code, GitOps, CI/CD from day one).
  • Work directly with our Chief AI Officer to translate complex decisioning methodologies into clean, self-service products a customer can run without a data-science team.
  • Lead the coding. Set the standards, make the hard calls, and write the core code yourself. You'll guide the engineers shoulder-to-shoulder - leadership by example, not by org chart, without managing them directly.
  • Stand up a fully agentic SDLC - building the product with AI coding agents end to end, so a small team ships like a large one.
  • Design the integration layer so the product plugs into each host's native agent and data surfaces - customers adopt it without leaving the tools they already use.


Requirements
  • 10+ years in software engineering with vast, hands-on production experience - you've architected, shipped, and run large-scale cloud-native systems. That real-world scar tissue is what moves us fast in the right direction.
  • Hands-on and current — you architect and code. Strong Python (Go/Bash a plus).
  • Kubernetes-native by instinct, with real Everything-as-Code discipline: IaC (Terraform, Helm), GitOps (ArgoCD), a CI-gated SDLC, and production-first habits (SLOs, observability, blameless postmortems).
  • Fluent driving real work through AI coding agents.
  • Ready to make Azure home (Fetcherr's core runs on GCP, so cross-cloud fluency is a real plus).
  • A builder who thrives on ambiguity, ownership, and a flat team.


A strong plus: a data-engineering / data-science foundation (pipelines, feature engineering, data quality — and the ability to speak the language of the data scientists you'll build for); deep understanding of pricing or decision-support systems; a 0→1 product taken from POC to GA; MLOps/LLMOps and platform-engineering experience.

Clean slate, a proven engine to draw from, and a team small enough that your decisions ship the same week. We're building toward a system that runs on auto-pilot - and you'll design the spine of it.
