This is a strategic leadership role with deep technical roots. You'll lead a team of AI engineers to rapidly transform concepts into early-stage products — from first principles through to validated, handoff-ready innovations. Labs is where Fetcherr's next product lines are born, and you're the one who decides what gets built, what gets killed, and what gets shipped.
You'll own the full Labs pipeline — from raw idea intake through feasibility, prototyping, and handoff to Product and R&D — and you'll hire and shape the team that makes it all move fast.

What You'll Own
Agentic AI Systems Design and prototype multi-agent architectures, reasoning pipelines, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers. You're fluent in the current agentic stack — LLM orchestration, RAG, memory systems, agent-to-agent communication — and you know when to use each.
Innovation Pipeline End-to-end ownership of the Labs process: structured idea intake, rapid feasibility assessment, prioritization, and a clear handoff protocol to Product and R&D. You're the bridge between raw exploration and the product roadmap.
Early-Stage Product Development You lead by building. You'll personally architect and develop early-stage product explorations that validate — or invalidate — new ideas quickly. Lean, focused, and optimized for learning, with an eye on what could become Fetcherr's next core capability.
AI & Model Research Drive applied AI and pricing model research within the Labs context, exploring new algorithms, data approaches, and model architectures relevant to Fetcherr's domain. You bridge the gap between academic research and production-ready thinking.
Team Leadership & Hiring Build the Labs team from the ground up. Define roles, set the hiring bar high, and foster a culture of fast experimentation, intellectual honesty, and deep technical craft. You'll attract engineers who thrive in ambiguity and ship despite it.
