Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.

We are looking for a highly driven and independent Strategic Sales Development Manager to join our Sales team and play a key role in growing Fetcherr’s global footprint. This hybrid role combines outbound lead generation, marketing asset activation, market intelligence, and sales enablement. You will be responsible for penetrating complex markets (such as Asia), expanding brand presence in existing regions, and supporting the sales team with strategic marketing and research efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of strategic initiatives without close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within the Sales team to support lead nurturing, pipeline growth, and go-to-market activities.
  • Generate qualified sales leads in challenging, non-traditional markets (e.g., Asia) where standard platforms like LinkedIn are less effective.
  • Drive outreach and improve brand awareness in Fetcherr’s established markets (e.g., North and South America, Europe).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and opportunities within both the commercial aviation industry and emerging verticals 
  • Analyze potential clients, partners, and competitors to support sales strategy and business expansion.
  • Initiate and execute marketing campaigns focused on both brand awareness and lead generation, across digital and offline channels.
  • Leverage and maximize the impact of existing marketing assets—such as white papers, publications, case studies, videos, and podcasts—for both sales and marketing purposes.
  • Support the curation of marketing and sales collateral, tailored to specific markets and target audiences.
About The Position

You’ll be a great fit if you have...

  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales enablement—preferably in B2B, global-facing environments.
  • Demonstrated success in generating outbound leads and opening new markets, especially where conventional outreach methods are limited.
  • Experience conducting market and competitor research, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing tools, and digital outreach systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and operate effectively without close supervision.
  • Creative mindset, strategic thinking, and strong sense of ownership.
  • Based in Israel, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup from our local office.
