We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to spearhead a new team dedicated to integrating a revolutionary Large Language Model (LLM) solution for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of a next-generation interface that will empower our clients to interact with their data in an intuitive, conversational way.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of LLM Engineers in building scalable, high-impact GenAI solutions
• Architect and Develop: Design and implement end-to-end LLM integration — including data retrieval pipelines, accurate query interpretation, and dynamic visualizations and reports
• Drive research and experimentation to improve model accuracy, performance, and real-world effectiveness
• Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to ensure delivery aligns with product goals
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest in LLMs, data analytics, and visualization tools to continuously evolve our capabilities
• Define and uphold engineering best practices: code quality, testing, reproducibility, and version control
• Communicate complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help shape the team’s roadmap, strategy, and technical direction
