We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Program Manager to join our growing team at Fetcherr. In this role, you will lead the planning and coordination of strategic customer programs, working closely with enterprise clients and internal teams including Product, R&D, Data, Project Management, and Account Management. You will be responsible for translating product scope and customer needs into structured execution plans, ensuring alignment, visibility, and readiness across the organization.
