Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Product Manager to join our expanding

product team at Fetcherr. In this role, you will lead the company's core innovative product, implement and adapt it to solve complex customer problems and create an intuitive and awesome experience for airlines. You will be responsible for our customers’ product experience, creating roadmaps and leading innovation while working closely with sales, marketing and software development teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core airline-facing B2B platforms, with a focus on pricing, revenue optimization, and customer experience.
  • Translate customer needs and operational insights into actionable product specifications and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI/Data Science, Delivery, and Customer Success teams – both locally and globally.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer and external product champion.
  • Partner directly with senior stakeholders at the customer site to align product direction with business impact.
  • Develop project plans with Engineering to deliver product goals effectively and on time.
  • Make data-driven decisions, prioritize trade-offs, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
About The Position

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software or platforms, preferably in operations-focused or mission-critical domains.
  • Hands-on experience leading end-to-end product initiatives – from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer experience design and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently between Miami and Atlanta.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B workflows or the travel/aviation industry.
  • Genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and their real-world application.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary of $140,000–$185,000 USD annually.
  • Equity grant (stock options) as part of Fetcherr’s long-term incentive plan.
