About The Position

Fetcherr experts in deep learning, e-commerce, and digitization, Fetcherr disrupts traditional systems with its cutting-edge AI technology. At its core is the Large Market Model (LMM), an adaptable AI engine that forecasts demand and market trends with precision, empowering real-time decision-making. Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Product Manager to join our expanding product team at Fetcherr. In this role, you will lead the company's core innovative product, implement and adapt it to solve complex customer problems and create an intuitive and awesome experience for airlines. You will be responsible for our customers’ product experience, creating roadmaps and leading innovation while working closely with sales, marketing and software development teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the company’s product roadmap, creating breakthrough products in the airline industry.
  • Translate business needs and technical challenges into actionable product requirements, with clear documentation (PRDs, user stories, specs).
  • Own all product aspects of customer engagements, adapting the core platform to meet customer-specific needs.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to define features and build intuitive, effective user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback from business and technical stakeholders to guide product decisions.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on insights and data.
  • Partner with sales and customer success to support roadmap discussions, onboarding, and post-deployment adaptation.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to support discovery, delivery, and feedback cycles.
About The Position

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record in building and delivering complex B2B products – ideally with enterprise customers and long-term contracts.
  • A strong ability to understand and define complex technical use-cases, and translate them into simple and effective user experiences.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams, including writing detailed PRDs, user stories, and feature definitions.
  • A hands-on mindset – you are not only thinking strategically, but also producing clear and tangible deliverables that help align stakeholders and move development forward.
  • Experience in working with legacy or traditional industries, understanding how to modernize workflows and systems with minimal disruption.
  • Comfort in customer-facing activities, such as running roadmap discussions, gathering requirements, handling feedback loops, and tailoring generic products to meet specific customer needs.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills – able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams clearly and effectively.
  • Not just an enabler or facilitator, but someone who owns the product end-to-end, ensures cross-functional alignment, and drives execution.
