Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Program Manager to join our growing team at Fetcherr. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and coordination of strategic customer programs. This is a customer-facing role that involves close collaboration with enterprise clients and internal teams including Product, R&D, Data, Project Management, and Account Management. You will translate product scope and customer needs into actionable execution plans and ensure organizational alignment for successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional planning for strategic customer programs, based on defined product scope and client needs.
• Translate product definitions and customer input into cohesive execution plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and responsibilities.
• Maintain direct and ongoing communication with enterprise customers to align on goals, clarify requirements, and ensure transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
• Align internal stakeholders (Product, Data, R&D, Project) around shared objectives and clear delivery expectations.
• Identify risks, resource needs, and sequencing constraints; collaborate with project managers to validate timelines and implementation feasibility.
• Keep documentation up to date using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and shared planning systems.
• Serve as an operational partner to product and account teams, helping ensure readiness for delivery and internal alignment.
