QA Engineer (Manual)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer (Manual) to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our applications across both Web and Backend systems. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design and execute test strategies that enhance our software quality and user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases, and perform manual testing to ensure functionality, data integrity, and overall quality across Web and Backend systems.
  • Write clear, detailed, and well-structured test cases based on product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle.
  • Validate database integrity and ensure data consistency during backend testing.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and document findings in bug-tracking tools.


About The Position

You’ll be a great fit if you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, with expertise in both Web and Backend systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience testing APIs (e.g., Postman).
  • Experience in SQL and database testing (BigQuery/ClickHouse an advantage).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with Big Data environments and validating large-scale datasets.
